Delivery times and shipping costs
At Iberohemp we offer you several options:
1st. You can choose to pick up your product at the Iberohemp headquarters, in Madrid, on Av Brasil street from Monday to Thursday from 9.30 a.m. to 2 p.m., or from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., or Friday from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. To do this, choose Nacex as the shipping method, but request in the comments that you want to come to pick it up and when.
2nd. You can choose to receive it at the address you want. We ship to all of Spain (except Ceuta and Melilla; in addition, to the Canary Islands, we do not send flowers and resins). We also ship to part of Europe (to consult with info@Iberohemp.com ). Orders for outside Spain are made through our chat or through email info@Iberohemp.com .
As a general rule, packages are sent on the same working day that the order is received. But we promise that it will be within 24 hours of receipt of payment (working days). In the postal codes of Madrid that start with 280, we provide an express service: if you place your order before 12 o'clock, you receive it that same afternoon (only working days).
The type of shipment that we have contracted for the rest is 24-72 hours from the moment the delivery company picks up the package. 96% of shipments arrive the next day, but don't forget that the delivery service has up to 72 hours to send it to you.
Keep in mind that we are talking about working days, so orders that are made from Thursday to Sunday may arrive on Monday or later days, depending on deadlines. In orders made during the weekend, the handling time can go from 24-48 h counting from Monday to 9 in the morning. That is, if there is a large volume of orders placed between Friday afternoon and Sunday evening, there is a risk that not all of them will leave the warehouse on Monday. In that case, they will do it on Tuesday.
In abnormal situations, such as alarm status, there may be exceptional delays. To this day, we function normally.
About the delivery of the packages
If you buy on our websites and choose postal shipping, normally the carrier will send you a link or SMS so that you can follow your order online. The delivery company will try to get it to you at least twice. If they do not locate you, you will have a period of 15 days to pick up the package at the office that they indicate (the closest to your home). After that time, the order is considered sold and delivered, whether you have picked it up or not. So don't delay! You can always send us an email to info@Iberohemp.com , and we will try to help you with any questions.
We are not responsible for any damage that your package may suffer when it leaves our warehouse, but we do our best to protect fragile items. The boxes are small and your items will be well protected.
Customs fees are not included, if any.
This would be the script from our logistics department:
- Day 1. You place the order.
If it is from Monday to Thursday and before 17 h, it is very possible that it will leave that same day. If it is later, it is unlikely but possible, it will depend on the workload. If you live in a neighborhood of Madrid whose postal code starts with 280 and you have placed the order before 12 o'clock, you receive the order the same day you make it.
- Day 2. Next working day.
If it came out on the 1st, you will probably receive it today. Especially in the provincial capitals. In general, the carrier may take one more day. It depends on the logistics route.
If it did not come out on day 1, it is manipulated. If it is a pack, it can be 2 days of manipulation. Under normal conditions, this day is shipped.
- Day 3. It's been 48 hours since the 'click’ of your purchase.
100% of the orders placed on day 1 have already been shipped. And they will arrive within 24-72 hours, working days, at their destination.
